Initial Interview

We’ll discuss your reasons for needing a new car, your lifestyle, driving style and so much more to get a detailed picture of your car needs. We can also discuss various car type and brand options now as well to see if you have any particular preferences. We can also discuss the financial aspects of purchasing the car.

Test drive

We will short list some cars for you and depending on the level of service you would like we can organise at our famous “Zero time test drives” Read more here. 

Car Selection

Once you are happy with the model of car, we can discuss features, colours, options etc to personalise your selected car.

Car Purchase Process

We will find you the car you want and work with your chosen finance option to purchase the car.

Car Delivery

Pre-delivery inspection - Once the car has been purchased we will complete all other aspects including paperwork, accessories fitting, transport and delivery of your car to your driveway.

Satisfaction Check

We will contact you a few days after delivery to make sure you are happy with your new car and if you have any questions or concerns for us.
